To register and maintain an account with jaeta9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by jaeta9.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of jaeta9 or any associated entity.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated. jaeta9 reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise linked accounts — whether in your own name or using false identities — is strictly prohibited. jaeta9 employs automated and manual detection tools to identify multiple accounts. Where a breach is confirmed:

• All associated accounts will be permanently closed.
• Any pending withdrawals or remaining balances in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Bonuses obtained across multiple accounts will be voided in their entirety.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. jaeta9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. You must notify jaeta9 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised.

jaeta9 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (or as displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (or as displayed at the cashier at the time of request).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a successful deposit on the same account, subject to KYC clearance.
• jaeta9 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Transactions flagged as suspicious may be held for review. jaeta9 reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to their source if fraud is suspected.

jaeta9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jaeta9's control.

jaeta9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

All bets placed on the jaeta9 platform are final once confirmed. jaeta9 will not be responsible for any bets placed in error by the player. The following rules govern all gaming and betting activity:

• Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. jaeta9 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. jaeta9 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet, jaeta9 will attempt to resolve the situation fairly. Where a round cannot be completed due to a system error, affected wagers will be voided and the stake returned.
• Use of automated betting scripts, bots, third-party prediction software, or any tool designed to give an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other competitive format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unintended financial benefit.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jaeta9 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person or as a front for an undisclosed third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaeta9 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Losses caused by service interruptions, maintenance windows, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party game content, sports data feeds, or live odds information.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law. jaeta9's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jaeta9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Confirmed duplicate account violation.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deducting any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided all outstanding KYC requirements are satisfied.

All content on the jaeta9 platform — including but not limited to the jaeta9 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, audio, video, and game interfaces — is the property of jaeta9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any part of the platform software.
• Use the jaeta9 brand, logo, or trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written consent.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which jaeta9 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Service, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a written complaint to [email protected]. jaeta9 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to a senior compliance officer. A final written decision will be issued within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in preference to litigation, except where interim injunctive relief is sought.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Service must be brought within one (1) year after the event giving rise to such claim, or it shall be permanently barred.

jaeta9 may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, jaeta9 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
